Refund and Returns Policy
Quick Maps Pro is an annual license for a digital product. This page explains when we refund it, how to ask, and what happens to your license afterwards. It applies to purchases made through this site.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Quick Maps Pro does not do what you needed, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the decision, and there is no restocking fee or partial deduction.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually reappears within 5 to 10 business days after we process it.
Before you buy, try the free plugin
The core map shortcode is free and always will be. Quick Maps on WordPress.org gives you the keyless embed, responsive output, map types, zoom, language, and driving directions, with no account and no payment.
Pro adds color schemes, custom markers, click-to-load and scroll-to-load facades, and custom CSS and JS on top of that same shortcode. Installing the free plugin first is the quickest way to confirm the basic embed works on your theme and host before you spend anything.
What the guarantee covers
- The plugin does not work on your site, and we cannot fix it.
- Pro is missing something you reasonably expected from the Pro feature list.
- You bought the wrong license tier. Tell us and we will refund it or move you to the right one, whichever you prefer.
- You bought twice by accident.
What it does not cover
- Renewals after the first 30 days of that renewal term. Each renewal carries its own 30-day window, starting on the day it is charged.
- Chargebacks opened without contacting us first. Ask us and you will get your money back. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes longer for you.
- Google’s own behaviour. Maps are rendered by Google, and Google can change its embed, its coverage, or its terms at any time. See our Terms of Use.
How to request a refund
Use the contact form and include the email address you bought with and, if you have it, your order number. That is all we need. We reply to refund requests within two business days and process approved refunds the same day we reply.
You do not need to uninstall anything first, and you will not be asked to sit through a retention pitch.
What happens to your license
When a refund is processed, the license key is deactivated. Pro features stop working on the sites where it was active, and the license stops receiving updates and priority support.
Your maps do not disappear. The free plugin keeps rendering the shortcode, so basic embeds carry on working. You will lose the Pro-only styling on those maps.
Renewals and cancellation
Licenses renew annually so your sites keep receiving updates. You can cancel a renewal at any time from your account, and cancelling stops the next charge without affecting the license you have already paid for. It runs to the end of its term.
