Contact
We’re glad to help you get the most out of Quick Maps. Send us a message and we’ll get back to you, usually within one business day.
What happens after you contact Quick Maps
Every message reaches a person, not a ticket queue robot. We read it, reproduce the problem where we can, and reply with something you can act on. If a bug turns out to be ours, then it goes into the next release, and we’ll tell you which one.
Include your WordPress version, your theme, and the shortcode you’re using. That way we can usually answer on the first reply instead of the third.

Free plugin support
For the free plugin, the fastest help is the public WordPress.org support forum. We answer there, and the replies help the next person too.
Quick Maps Pro
Pro customers can use the contact form directly with a license key for priority help. Because we can see your license, we can also check your subscription and downloads at the same time.
Licenses, downloads, and billing
Manage your license keys, downloads, and subscription from your account. For refund requests, see the refund policy.
Before you write
Most questions are already answered in the documentation and the step-by-step guides. If you’re wondering why Quick Maps needs no Google API key, the no API key explainer covers it. The Pro page lists every feature the add-on adds, so it’s worth a look before you ask whether something is possible.
Security reports
Found a security issue? Contact Quick Maps through the form above and mark it urgent. Please don’t post security details in the public forum, since that exposes every site running the plugin until we ship a fix.
